About

The Oxford Kings Baseball Club was established in 1998 by three post-graduate students at the University of Oxford. Starting as a university society, the club broadened its reach in 2004, becoming a city club open to anyone. Today, we compete in the British Baseball Federation’s AA Division and are committed to inclusivity, welcoming all who are interested in the sport. As a teaching club, we provide a supportive environment where beginners can learn alongside seasoned players.

“It’s a testament to the Oxford Kings’ training and team spirit that, despite regularly integrating beginners, they have achieved significant success. In twenty seasons, they’ve only experienced five losing records. Their history boasts six National semi-final appearances (2008, 2010-2012, 2015, 2016) and four National Final appearances (2008, 2010, 2011, 2016), including a AAA National Championship title in 2010.”
